Our story
Brand Media Works is an AI-first consulting firm that helps businesses with digital transformation, automation, and go-to-market strategy. Working across industries — from cloud infrastructure and data analytics to AI innovation — we saw the same pattern: marketing teams were drowning in fragmented tools, especially when it came to competitive research and ad creative production.
Elixon is our product arm — born from that insight. We built the platform we kept wishing existed for our clients — one workspace where ad teams can research competitors, find high-performing references across 70+ industry categories, generate ad variants, and produce UGC-style video — accessible to teams of every size.

Usman founded Brand Media Works FZE in Dubai in 2022 — a consulting firm specialising in AI, digital transformation, and business strategy. His background spans finance, investment, and consulting, which shaped Elixon’s focus on data-driven advertising decisions over creative guesswork.
He founded Elixon in 2025 to solve a problem he saw repeatedly in consulting engagements: marketing teams spending hours manually researching competitor ads, then producing creative across disconnected tools with no feedback loop to what was actually working in their industry.
