You can purchase top-up packs at any time to add more credits to your account. Top-up packs work alongside your existing plan and expire 30 days after purchase.
You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time. Your new plan takes effect immediately. Downgrades are not available mid-cycle.
Monthly plans are billed automatically each month. PAYG and top-up packs are one-time purchases. All prices are in USD. All payments are processed using a secure payment at checkout.
Yes. You can cancel anytime from your billing dashboard. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.
Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Top-up pack credits are valid for 30 days from purchase and are used before your monthly allowance.
