This section will describe the categories of information Elixon collects: account information (email, password), usage data (features you use, generation history), payment information (processed by Stripe, not stored by us), and content you upload (brand assets, prompts, generated outputs).

This section will explain how Elixon uses your information: to provide and improve the service, to process payments, to communicate with you about your account, and to ensure platform security and prevent abuse.
3. AI Processing & Third-Party Providers
This section will describe that Elixon uses third-party service providers to deliver AI functionality, including but not limited to: AI language models, image and video generation services, voice synthesis, video rendering services, and data research services. It will explain categorically what data is shared with these providers. A current list of specific subprocessors is available upon request by contacting us at the address provided in Section 12.
4. Data Storage & Security
This section will describe where and how Elixon stores your data (Supabase, with encryption at rest and in transit), security measures in place (access controls, audit logs, rate limiting), and our approach to handling security incidents.

This section will describe the cookies and tracking technologies Elixon uses, including essential cookies for authentication, analytics cookies for understanding usage, and any third-party tracking pixels.
